Mappy Hour!

Last night we also went to Hill Country BBQ for Mappy Hour with The Nature Conservancy for the monthly Outdoorfest, which encourages folks to bond over nature. We snapped Federal City Council's Chris Karakul, TNC's Keaton Sandeman, American Rivers' Brendan Mysliwiec, and Jonathon Loos.

Nature lovers consumed Texas BBQ and beer for the extended happy hour, which ended with live music. Here, TNC's Hallie Sachs, Fort Meyer's Jane Wai and EPA's Kristin Cassidy.

The Nature Conservancy's Kyle Ward, Kate Arion, Julia Fiala and Deborah Landau, a conservation ecologist who presented field work such as using prescribed fires in nature preserves.
