The black-tie dinner and gala was presented by the US Navy Memorial Foundation & Heritage Center, which is on Pennsylvania Avenue. Here, the Navy Memorial's vice chairman, Dick Vie, joins USO president/CEO Alison Ruble with Navy Memorial board member and president emeritus John Totushek.
