We managed to snag a table at DC’s hardest-to-get-into restaurant, Le Diplomate. The delightful French bistro was packed and pulsing with energy. We asked GM William Washington what the most popular dishes were; he said it’s always been the steak frites, chicken, and French onion soup, but since the burger won some awards, it’s been flying off the menu (not literally, of course).
