At the 20th anniversary gala for the Kreeger museum, guests mingled both on the garden level around the sculptures and on the upper gallery. Don and Ann Brown are bookended by PEN/Faulkner’s Willee Lewis and real estate developer Hank Goldberg. To the sounds of jazz, guests enjoyed cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres, and elegant buffets, and celebrated 20 years since David Lloyd Kreeger turned his extensive art collection and home into a great museum featuring Impressionists and American artists from the 1850s to 1970s, and traditional pieces from Africa.
