Last night we also went to the National Kidney Foundation Congressional Dinner at The Liaison Hotel. We snapped Eagle Bank CEO Ron Paul and his wife Joy; standing, NKF’s Michele Anthony. NKF is the leading US organization fighting to prevent and treat kidney disease for millions.

Keynote speaker and kidney transplant recipient Daryle McGhee, who works at First Citizens Bank, is surrounded by his wife Jeanita, son Matthew, and mother Valerie Matthews, who gave him her kidney.

Rep Fred Upton received an award from former HHS Secretary Tommy Thompson. Guests enjoyed cocktails and dinner in an intimate setting.
