Kevin Bacon Stands for the Troops!

We went to a special concert for Stand for the Troops at George Washington University to benefit the foundation’s rescue coalition and to pay tribute to veterans. We snapped actor Kevin Bacon (right) and his brother Michael, who headlined the evening with their band, The Bacon Brothers. Stand-up comic Jim Breuer and musicians The Bucky Pizzarelli & Ed Laub Duo, Buskin Batteau, and Tom Prasada-Rao also performed.

SFFT protects the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of America’s frontline troops; its rescue coalition fund focuses on helping the most at-risk veterans with PTSD. Here, Peters Renovation’s and vet Phil Peters is flanked by US Gov’s Carilyn Hall and Eunice Choi.

Kevin and Lolly Bennett came to support Air Force vet David White.

Guests attended an after party with desserts from Sweet Ladies Bakery and wines from Vineyard Brands and Horseneck Wines. Here, Susan Bierman, and Saul Ewing’s Mark Gruhin.
