Saturday, we went to International Club of DC and Black Knight Events' Black Tie New Year's Eve Gala at the Marriott Marquis. We snapped Black Knight Events' Moh Ducis with The Umbrella Syndicate's Ken Rochon.

Guests enjoyed a free-flowing champagne and open bar, delectable dinner and desserts and a midnight balloon drop as well as five live bands: a big band orchestra, a Latin salsa band, a Caribbean island band, an Irish band and a tango band from Argentina. Here is Gaithersburg, MD-based five-piece acoustic band Sligo Creek performing Celtic and bluegrass folk music.
