Last night we also went to Leadership Greater Washington Innovation Leadership Awards Dinner at the Fairmont Hotel. We snapped CohnReznick's Ken Slater and David Kessler, and GCS president Michael Sigal.

The evening honored industry leaders for out-of-the-box ideas for igniting positive change. Here, Board member Stacy Reed, Board chair Careerstone group president Mary Abbajay and SmithBucklin's Leslie Thornton.

The seated dinner included delicious roasted beet salad, beef medallions, and rooftop honey and milk tres leches cake. Here, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield's Shawn McLeod, DC Council member Kenyan McDuffie, American Diabetes Association DC Executive Director Mary Merritt, and Mel Greene.
