We stopped by the Ronald Reagan Building Wednesday for Calvary Women’s Services 15th annual Hope Awards Dinner to celebrate the accomplishments of women who overcome homelessness and empower one another to reach their goals. Keynote speaker Erica May-Scherzer (blue dress) was presented with the Hope Award for advocating on Capitol Hill for the integration of the fight against human trafficking into a variety of policies. She is flanked by Polaris’ Anne Snouck-Hurgronje, Willa Morris and Brandon Bouchard.

Over 300 guests from all over the region came together for a night of drinks, dinner, a silent auction and incredible guest speakers. Here, Gorman Health Group’s John Gorman, Tracy Ballard and Rachel Anderson with Digital Valet’s Kahli Gamble.

Guest enjoyed a specialty cocktail of pisco, campari, pineapple juice, muddled raspberries and sparkling wine created by Jose Andres’ China Chilcano guest bartender Giselle Hidalgo-Gato.
