Sunday we went to the Hinge Memorial Day BBQ Extravaganza at Jack Rose Dining Saloon. Guests enjoyed various drinks, including several specialty punches. Here, Hinges Bennett Richardson and Justin McLeod are with Town Halls Paul Holder.
There were also grilled BBQ oysters, shrimp rolls, Kobe beef or BBQ brisket sliders, twice-baked potato wedges, and cheddar jalapeno biscuits prepared by Jack Rose chef Andrew Kern. We snapped him (right) with Chelsea Resnock and NASAs Sandeep Khan.
