The Atlantic Council officially launched its Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center, so its activities span the globe. Tony Bennett, who won the Artistic Leadership Award, and musician/social activist Juanes, who won the Humanitarian Leadership Award, sang a great bilingual version of The Shadow of Your Smile.
