We went to three wonderful events over the weekend dedicated to fighting childhood cancer. First, we headed to the Four Seasons Georgetown for the HEROES Curing Childhood Cancer Gala by Children’s National Hospital Center.
We snapped HEROES supporters Amy Savokoulls and Jamie Dorros with the Embassy of Georgia’s Tamar Tchelidze, HEROES co-chair Elizabeth Kaufman Blalack, and supporter Amanda Bowker. Guests enjoyed a cocktail-and-champagne reception before a three-course meal.
Sisters and Georgetown Cupcake owners Sophie LaMontagne and Katherine Berman and their husbands Steve LaMontagne and Latham & Watkin’s Ben Berman are with GroTech Ventures’ Julie Taxin and Treasury’s Brett Taxin. A live auction included golf with former ‘Skins MVPs and a Golden Retriever puppy.
