Heart’s Delight!

Last night we also went to the Sofitel on 15th Street to support the American Heart Association as it gets ready for Heart’s Delight, the annual four-day food and wine extravaganza the last weekend in April that is everyone’s delight. We snapped supporters, JBS International’s co-CEOs Gail Bassin and Jerri Shaw surrounding the host, the Sofitel’s new GM Mathieu Riviere; at right, Gail’s daughter, USAID’s Ilyse Stempler.

People sipped extraordinary wines, such as a 2005 Margaux, and nibbled on hors d’oeuvres. Here, Pacific Prime Wines’ Eric Platt, Keybridge Communications’ David White and Weygandt Wines’ Tim O’Rourke.
