Congrats to Blake Real Estate and the Bender Foundation, which raised $100K for the 2014 Heart Walk, the second year in a row they’ve accomplished that goal. Part of the funding came from a happy hour at the Sign of the Whale that featured live music by Blake senior property manager Matt Slocum, above, and his band, Gravel Road.
