Heart After Dark!

Saturday night we also joined over 500 of the region’s most prominent medical, corporate and community leaders at the Mandarin Oriental for the 18th Annual Heart After Dark hosted by American Heart Association Pulse DC. The Oscar-themed after-party to the DC Heart Ball brought a stylish crowd dressed in beautiful floor-length gowns and tailored suits. Guests danced to live band Escapade while indulging in bananas foster, mini cupcakes, chocolate mousse, and coconut cake with mango salsa. Here, the 'Skin’s Chris Weiner, Winvale Group’s Matt Solomon, Capital One’s Matt Eirich, and Fors Marsh Group’s Kimberly Wyborski.

The photo booth was complete with Oscar awards, Audrey Hepburn pearls, movie set clapperboards, and fun backgrounds like the Hollywood sign. Here, George Mason’s Kate Leonard, the gov’s Julie Newkirk, MKGCS’ Nate Daniels, Kastle System’s Helen Peil, and American Nurses Assn’s Monisha Smith.
