Last night we went to the Mama Hope Happy Hour at Madam’s Organ in Adams Morgan.

Funds raised helped build a women’s health clinic in Uganda. Mama Hope listens to impoverished overseas communities, then raises funds to provide them with the sustainable projects they request. We snapped Trunk Club’s Emily Blumberh, World Fuel Services’ Chris Lebrun, Lee & Morse’s Nicky Eisenstat, and US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Kevin Hernandez.

We love the Thursday Nonprofit Happy Hours at Madam’s Organ. For the past seven years, every Thursday they’ve donated one dollar for every drink to the nonprofit of the night. Here, Discovery’s Shawnee Cohn, PrimePay’s Eli Bohemond, and Whitman Walker’s Chloe Shannon.
