Happy Birthday, Frank Sinatra!

Last night, we also celebrated Frank Sinatra's 100th Birthday at I RICCHI Restaurant with a book signing and re-release of Kitty Kelley's Sinatra biography His Way. We snapped the famed biographer bookended by Washington Life's Kevin Chaffee and radio show host Bill Press.

I RICCHI owner, Chef Christianne Ricchi, created Italian-inspired hors d'oeurves and Jack Daniels Rat Pack cocktails. The party benefited Reading is Fundamental, the largest US literacy organization, which provides books to children. Here, the chef is bookended by the nonprofit's Carol Sisco and Aileen Moffat.

Frank Sinatra must have been smiling from above, as his tunes filled the room while we toasted him on his birthday. Here, Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind CEO Anthony Cancelosi, Walter Reed's Krista Argiolas, and Embassy of Italy's Giuseppe Argiolas.
