GWHCC Embassy Dinner!

Catching up from our busy holiday week…we went to the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) annual Embassy Dinner at Mount Vernon Square's Carnegie Library. We snapped its CEO Angela Franco bookended by Rep Ben Ray Lujan and Hispanic Heritage Foundation CEO Jose Antonio Tijerino.

GWHCC honored Latin American leaders and organizations making a difference in international trade and commercial affairs. Here, Nicaraguan Embassy DCM Alcides Montiel with former Dominican Republic OAS rep Roberto Saladin and his wife Bertha.

GWHCC helps Latino and minority-owned businesses through networking, advocacy, education and access to capital. Here, the dinner’s honorary Chair OAS Assistant Secretary General Albert Ramdin, with Aeorum’s Manuel Ruiz de Quintanilla Foncubierta and Miguel Delgado.

Co-hosted with Events DC, GWHCC launched its international initiative Promoting Trade of the Americas. Here, Telemundo reporter Luis Morales with Panama’s Permanent Representative to the OAS Jorge Miranda Corona.
