We went to Grip The Mat's Bendy Brunch at Longview Gallery in Shaw to find our zen.

Grip The Mat promotes a balanced lifestyle by offering a mixed-level Vinyasa Yoga class with a revamped social scene. We snapped Medtronic's Tom Darling, E.J. Krause & Assoc's James Cross, Weber Shandwick's Jess Phelan, The Studio DC Yoga Center's Shoshana Plotkin, AAMC's Shana Brand, Twice As Warm's Brian Lieberman, and Whitman-Walker Health's Chloe Shannon.

After the class, yogis moved about the gallery and enjoyed brunch by Spike Mendelsohn and fresh juice by Buffalo & Bergen. Here, America's Promise's Angela Richardson, American Nurses Association's Natasha Bethea and CoStar Group's Rajeanna Lewis.
