GRAMMYs on the Hill!

We went to Hamilton Live for the 2016 GRAMMYs on the Hill, run by the Recording Academy of America.

We snapped honorees and headliners, Zac Brown Band, performing their hit songs in front of fellow performers and excited Members of Congress.

Prior to the main event, we joined Members of Congress and members of the Recording Academy at the Loft Bar for an exclusive VIP reception. Here, Twisted Sister lead singer Dee Snider, SESAC's Dennis Lord, and singer/songwriter Damon Ranger.

SESAC's Shannon Hatch joins acclaimed country singer and one of the night's performers, Jim Lauderdale, with singer/songwriter Juli Griffith.

The Recording Academy Board chairman John Poppo and chairman emeritus George Flanigan surround Village Studios CEO Jeff Greenberg.

Gospel singer and four-time GRAMMY award winner Yolanda Adams sang the National Anthem.

Musician Mindi Abair joins Wendy Nugent and her husband, Rep. Rich Nugent, with the Grand Ole Opry's Pete Fisher.
