Graffiato Industry Takeover Night!

Last night we also went to Graffiato, which turns over the stoves to chef friends and the bar to mixologists to co-host industry takeover nightthe first Monday of each month.We snapped George Wallace, Graffiatos Katie Busch, Toro chef Jamie Bissonnette, Pabu Izakay exec chef Jonah Kim (in horse head), Graffiatos Mike Isabella, and Vermillion exec chef William Morris.

From 10pm to 1am, guest chefs served complimentary snacks in the pizza bar and the bar had drink specials from guest mixologists. Industry Takeover Nights are open to the public and draw a packed crowd. Here, The Source's Scott Drewno, Wit & Wisdom exec pastry chef Chris Ford, and PABU GM Anthony Kinn.
