We went to the Francophonie 2013 Cultural Festival Closing Night Party at National Museum of African Art for food, drinks, gallery tours, and a special performance by Kaissa, a singer-songwriter whose African-inspired songs have been heard world-wide.
The museum was transformed into an exotic and high-energy nightspot that mixed art, fashion, music, and dancing. Here, docent Harriet Segar, Two Hand Designs John Larson, and Sozit Ayalew.
