Embassy Chef Challenge!

We went to the Reagan Building for Cultural Tourism DC's Embassy Chef Challenge.

We snapped Chef Sindre Risvoll surrounded by staff from the Royal Norwegian Embassy. He prepared a delicious cured salmon with goat cheese cream, paired with akvavit, as they do in Norway.

Embassy of Jamaica chef Sherene James, Destination DC chair Michael Dickens and embassy liaison Jan Du Plain. Guests enjoyed an open bar and silent auction to support Cultural Tourism DC.

Each of the dozen Embassy Chefs showcased their country's gourmet cuisine. Here, Reingold LINK's Wendi Akin, Zach Abaie and Tim Wisniewski.
