Friday, we headed to Ristorante i Ricchi in Dupont Circle for a special fundraiser for the victims of the recent earthquake in Italy. We snapped iRicchi founder and owner Christianne Ricchi and server Jacky Haca presenting Spaghetti all'Amatriciana, a special dish paying homage to the City of Amatrice, the "city of Papal chefs."
All ingredients and wine were donated by i Ricchi's suppliers in a joint effort with the National Italian American Foundation. Here, TTR Sotheby's Carroll Dey and Maggie Shannon with Danielle Nave.
