We went to the 10th annual Downtown Holiday Market on F Street in Penn Quarter. The festive shopping village features more than 150 local artisans, crafters, and boutiques with exhibitors rotating daily. We snapped The Capital Candy Jar’s owner David Burton and Ashley Bellamy bookending Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission’s Andrew Longhi, and David Kornreich.
