The event was hosted by Rujero Singani and Slipstream, and it featured an all-night happy hour to celebrate Bolivia's Aug. 6 independence day. Here, Slipstream co-founder Ryan Fleming with World Bank's Verena Phillips and Ditto Residential's Martin Ditto.
Guests enjoyed traditional and funky singani cocktails as well as high-elevation Bolivian wine throughout the evening and Latin and Bolivian music during the night. IMF's Jose Ramirez, consultant Maria Gonzalez and Claudia Botero.
Singani is a pomace brandy distilled from white Muscat of Alexandria grapes and is produced only in the Bolivian Andes. It's considered the national liquor of Bolivia. Here, IDB's Raul Moreno and Pablo Gomez flank Josefina Castro.
