Dine to Defeat ALS!

We went to the Grand Hyatt for the Dine to Defeat ALS awards dinner to benefit the ALS Association DC/MD/VA Chapter, a nonprofit dedicated to the fight against this deadly disease. We snapped Matt Garr and Booz Allen’s Katie Duthaler and Stephen Porter.

Guests participated in a silent auction and enjoyed a three-course dinner during the awards ceremony honoring Clark Construction and Tower Cos for their contributions to the organization. Here, KPMG’s Elizabeth Lawson, Evers & Co.’s Melissa Brown and CohnReznick’s Julie Kirsch bookend Meltzer Group’s Ellen Carroll and Meryl Abel.

Proceeds will help the chapter support DC patients and their families who live with ALS. Here, Cvent’s Chuck Ghoorah and his wife, Karen, and Dasdak’s Swaptak Das and his wife, Erica.
