Top mixologists Gina Chersevani and Trevor Frye made specialty cocktails and top chefs Ris Lacoste, Will Artley, Kaz Okochi, and Tracy O'Grady prepared bites to honor the institution that’s become the US leader in reducing hunger and training unemployed adults for culinary careers.
