We went to the final night of Crystal Couture at the Crystal City Shops Saturday for a blowout fashion show and sale. We snapped hosts 94.7 Fresh FM’s Kelly Collis and Tommy McFly surrounding Crystal City BID prez Angie Fox, wearing local DC designer Passport, and her daughter Mallory Bonanno, who just had her makeup done by BTH Artistry.
Guests sipped their way through the pop-up shop featuring DC’s most stylish boutiques and enjoyed complimentary makeovers, hair styling and shopping tips. Here, Washington Navy Yard’s Sharon LaRoche, DC Gov’t’s Maryanne Turner, Lanier Middle School’s Lisa Mays, Denise Seal, and Anna K Events’ owner Anna Klimaszewska.
Throughout the night, models walked around the crowd on a black runway featuring local designers. We loved Hush Boutiques’ vibrant colors and innovative designs. Here, Nando’s Peri-Peri’s Gelila Teshome, Sara Abay, Hilton’s Helen Rick and VCU’s Rakeb Teshome.
