Corporate Huddle!

Last night we also stopped by Lakewood Country Club in North Potomac for a special event hosted by The Corporate Huddle featuring former 'Skins MVP Larry Brown to launch its new program. We snapped Expense to Profit's Marc Freedman, former 'Skins great James Thrash, Artisan Partners' Geoff Azaroff and Grev Group's Ingar Grev.

The Super Bowl and MVP great discussed his historic NFL career and what he learned from his transition to the corporate world. He told us you can apply the same lessons to life on the field to life in a suit and tie. Here, Larry Brown is flanked by CEO Boardroom's Steven Abramowitz, Berenzweig Leonard's Seth Berenzweig and eTERA Consulting's Scott Holec.

Corporate Huddle is a nonprofit that brings together business executives and former professional athletes to collaborate and mentor each other. Here, eTERA's Cassey Elder and Mary McGinnes bookend Zachary Piper's Justin Jordan.

There was a full-course dinner, program and chance to bid on top memorabilia: autographs of current athletes, former presidents and legendary actresses like Lucille Ball. Here, DrFirst CFO David Samuels, Mahn Consulting CEO Sharon Mahn and Dart Home CEO Nathan Dart.

We're off tomorrow in honor of our nation's Independence Day. Have a wonderful July 4th; see you next week!

Tania Anderson, Heather Mahoney and Alfredo Flores contributed to this issue.
