Choral Arts at the Embassy of Argentina!

Last night we also went to the Embassy of Argentina for a reception for the Choral Arts Society’s upcoming Holiday Concert and Gala. This year’s gala will honor Argentina, and its Ambassador Cecilia Nahon graciously hosted the pre-gala reception. We’re hoping she might even teach us how to sing an Argentine Christmas carol on Monday. We snapped her bookended by Choral Arts Board member, Aronson’s Lexy Kessler and her husband, Independent Benefit Services VP Iver Kessler.

A Capital Christmas gala and concert will take place this Monday night at the Kennedy Center. Here, Choral Arts Artistic Director Scott Tucker, this year’s gala chair Janet Kelly Phillips and Board member Olwen Pongrace.

Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and Argentinian wine and got a sneak peek from Choral Arts of a few songs they’re singing on Monday. Here, Katie and Richard Snowden bookend Choral Arts Board Chair Diane Schaefer and her husband Restoration Energy CEO Peter Schaefer.

The Choral Arts Society was founded in 1965 and continues to share choral music through public performance, community outreach and education initiatives. Here, sponsor P.E. Systems CFO Pamela Johnson, CEO Wesley King and Felicity Williams.
