We went to the Catholic Charities Gala at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel Saturday and snapped co-chair Wizards/Caps co-owner Raul Fernandez, Washington Cardinal Archbishop Emeritus Theodore McCarrick, and Potomac Capital Advisors chair Paul McNamara. Its the largest annual fundraiser for Catholic Charities of DC, supporting 63 social service programs and serving 126,000 in the region. Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception, dinner, silent auction, and a musical performance by The Spazmatics.
