We went to the Caribbean Night Celebration at the Organization of American States, showcasing the cultures of the Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Cuba and Jamaica through music, dance, food and drinks. Guests enjoyed native Caribbean dishes like island fish, creole rice, rasta pasta, and fried plantains. For dessert, there was pineapple cake and fruit-filled empanadas. Here, Department of Interior's Tamara Williams, Options Inc's JD Speed, and SSA's Nancy Goldring.
