Last night we joined dozens of food enthusiasts for a book-signing with celebrity chef Carla Hall at 14th Street's Room&Board.

We snapped the The Chew co-host and Top Chef finalist with CLT3 Consulting's Cheryl Tyler and Shelly Wright. Carla is one of the many chefs participating in Sips & Suppers this weekend.

The cookbook author described her latest book, Carla's Comfort Foods: Favorite Dishes from Around the World, as a journey to learn how a few staple dishes could be tailored to different tastes and cultures. Here, Room&Board design associates Mark Riddle, Martina Dodd, Judi Simon and Edward Heid.
