We went to the grand opening celebration of Capital Teas Barracks Row featuring a book signing with chef Carla Hall. The new location in Eastern Market includes a full tea bar with 54 traditional hot and iced teas, food, and Carla Hall Petite Cookies. There were tea samplings, giveaways, gift bags, and signed copies of Carla’s newest book, Carla's Comfort Foods: Favorite Dishes from Around the World.
