Last night we also went to Chef Geoff's on 13th St NW for a wine tasting of fabulous (yes, it's really true) Bulgarian wines. While Bulgaria has been producing wine since Alexander the Great, it's now become really first class, which was recently acknowledged by noted wine connoisseur Robert Parker. We snapped the host, G&B Importers founder Robert Hayk, with Bulgarian Ambassador Elena Poptodorova.
