Drones!

We went to a PEN/Faulkner Founding Friends luncheon at the home of Charlie Cerf and Cindy Dunbar to celebrate Andrew Cockburn's new book, The Kill Chain: Drones & the Rise of High Tech Assassins. He told the crowd of 50 he believes it's counterproductive to use drones, because for every commander we kill, others take their place. He's with former US Protocol chief Lucky Roosevelt.

PEN/Faulkner Board chair and luncheon host Kathy Stephen and vice chair Willee Lewis bookend its executive director, Emma Snyder, with Emma Oxford, and her husband, ONE CEO Michael Elliott.
