Last night, we went to the Best of DC Celebration at the Carnegie Library!

The votes are in for the 10th annual Best of DC readers' poll hosted by Washington City Paper. The poll included everything from best food and drink, arts and entertainment, goods and services, and people and places of DC. We snapped Georgetown BID's Nancy Miyahri and Jamie Scott and NoMa BID's Braulio Agnese.

More than 137,000 votes were cast, and we got to try some amazing dishes from the winners: Best Asian Restaurant winner Thip Kao's chicken congee, Best New American Restaurant winner Farmers and Distiller's bacon lollis, Best Wine List winner Proof's duck and foie gras waffles. Here, The Building People's Trevor Morrison, Hamilton Insurance's Jarred Zuccari, The Artist Group's Lynda Erkiletian and Hines' Timothy Lowery.

Guests got to try specialty cocktails from Best Japanese winner Dakaiya, Best Bar Dram & Grain and Best Round-The-Clock Eating The Royal, and beer from Best Brew Pub Right Proper Brewing Co. Here, WCP's Alexa Mills, Erin Rosenbaum and The Community Builders' Aspasia Xypolia.
