Last night we also went to the America’s Promise Alliance's first Promise Night Awards Gala at the historic Howard Theatre. We snapped General Colin Powell and his wife, Alma Powell, with country singer Larry Gatlin. General Powell is the founding chairman of America's Promise Alliance, the nation's largest partnership committed to improving the lives of young people.
