(Almost) Last Call for Bisnow’s Super Schmooze June 12!

We are so excited about the incredible chefs who are preparing unbelievable food  at our Super Schmooze this Thursday, that we want to let you know who's coming. Our Bisnow Dining reporter has been visiting all the restaurants serving treats at this Thursday’s Bisnow Super Schmooze, and she snapped this of Paolo’s and J. Paul’s Chef Bryan Yealy. He’s one of 25 chefs whose signature dishes you can sample at our Super Schmooze June 12 at exciting new District Center, 555 12th St NW.

1905 is a neighborhood restaurant that offers what Chef Joel Hatton calls “uplifted Southern food.” He’s serving a plate of love at our June 12 Super Schmooze: pork belly with sorghum, mustard and beer salt. Sorghum, which tastes like caramel, is one of his favorite ingredients because he grew up eating it. At our Super Schmooze this Thursday, we have 25 great chefs, top mixologists, fantastic open bar with specialty cocktails, and top business networking, in a fun atmosphere and no long lines. Join us.
