A Wedding Experience!

 

Last night we went to Malmaison in Georgetown for an avant garde bridal event for area brides and top planners. Co-hosted by DC Modern Luxury, guests entered into a transformed space, as if walking into a wedding. We snapped models Morgan Mercer and Jacklyn Ahbe.

Passed hors d’oeuvres were served to guests along with champagne cocktails and desserts by the venue’s culinary team. Here, Aspen Institute’s Anna Giorgi, Karson Butler Events’ Lindsey Kolling, and District Weddings blogger Jeannette Tavares.

Hair and makeup artists provided touch-ups; Hitched bridal boutique gave a preview of the latest designs. Here, owners Katie Watson and Katelyn Strausdauskas flank Ileana DeLeonibus.

Flower girl designs were provided by Little Birdies. We snapped its team, Shanlee Johnson, Ali Zink, her daughter Jacqueline, and Sasha Whitaker.
