A Cappella Stars!

We had a rollicking fun time over the weekend when we went to see three top college a cappella groups perform at All Souls Episcopal Church, including the Tufts Beelzebubs, The 'Bubs have toured all over the world; they came in second in NBC's The Sing-Off, and have three local boys leading the dynamic group, including Adam Gotbaum, front. Before heading to college, Adam sang at Georgetown Day School with Tim Balton (red jacket), who did a knockout solo, Can’t Get Enough of Your Love, Babe by Barry White.

Another local boy, Tom Lavin, now a senior, wowed with his solo song, Steal the Light by The Cat Empire. In case you missed the concert, you can download songs, watch a video or buy their CD on their website.

The GW Troubadors and the Virginia Sil'hooettes, above, also rocked the house.
