District Holiday Gala!

We went to the District Holiday Gala Friday night at The Josephine Butler Mansion overlooking Meridian Hill Park. For the sixth year, it brought holiday cheer and fun to DC’s finest #galasix. We snapped the Obama administration’s Greg Schultz, Booz Allen’s Simone Petrella, gala host Deloitte’s Meg MacWhirter and Dan McNeill.

It benefited Horton’s Kids, which educates and empowers DC’s Ward 8 children. Here, StreetSense’s Laurie Valora, Drexel’s Satish Rajaram, Novartis’ Alanna Jamieson and Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Alyson Mercev.

We dined on ham and brie wraps, risotto cakes and lemon oregano chicken bites while enjoying the open bar. Here, Omega Healthcare Investors’ Daniel Miltner, Deutsche Bank’s Nadim Shehadeh, Baltimore Symphony’s Rebekah Newman and consultant Christopher Tjiattas.

A note station entertained guests by offering secret Santa love notes to pass out to holiday sweethearts or strangers. Here, Avalere Health’s Guillaume Bagal, Elevate’s Nyemadi Dunbar, Lunarline’s Jon Hoolihan and Mac Cosmetics’ Andy Willis.

Deloitte’s Stephanie Charouk, FTI Consulting’s Sarah Adams, PATH’s Abby Gross, Bates White Economic Consulting’s Maria Novick, Teksystems’ Mary Jane Toohey and Winmar Construction’s Erica Donnelly.
