Congrats to Crystal City as the DC area's largest and longest running annual pop-up retail shop and fashion show returned for three days of fashion, shopping, and entertainment. Hosted by the Crystal City BID in partnership with Vornado/Charles E. Smith, the eighth annual Crystal Couture Show & Sale brought over 40 designers and boutiques. New this year was a sold-out, ticketed, VIP shopping experience. Although free to the public, shoppers who purchased the $20 VIP status received $20 in "Couture Dollars" to spend at any of the designers and boutiques, access to an open bar serving specialty beer and wine from the Crystal City Wine Shop, and a fun VIP bag with coupons and small gifts from the Crystal City Shops.
