Last night we went to the Washington launch party for Candace Bushnell in honor of her newest novel, Killing Monica, at the W Hotel.
We snapped the famed Sex & the City author flanked by sisters and Georgetown Cupcake co-founders Katherine Kallinis Berman and Sophie Kallinis LaMontagne and Bluemercury’s Megan Mastroianni.

Killing Monica is Bushnell’s seventh novel, and tracks the fictional path of a famous Manhattan writer who fakes her death to get her life back from her famous book character for which she's been forever typecast; she claims it does not mirror her life alongside Carrie Bradshaw.
