Those in the legal industry already knew that Dick Wiley was a force of nature, but as of yesterday, it's officially confirmed by meteorologists, who dubbed this week's snow gale Winter Storm Wiley. Here's Mr. Wiley himself: chairman of Wiley Rein and former FCC chairman (he also has two Emmys for helping develop the HDTV standard). Though his umbrella shows off the firm's green trademark color, yesterday, Winter Storm Wiley turned St. Paddy's Day into a white one. Dick co-founded the firm in '83 and turned over the managing partner role just two years ago; he still chairs the 80-attorney communications practice.
