Olivia tells us the upscale hotel is located in a converted office building. The news has been tightly under wraps for the last year and a half. Olivia's other ongoing projects include: working with the owners of properties selling a block in Union Market, public private partnership transactions, and—with interests rates at a low—numerous refinancings. As interest rates bottom out, it creates questions and opportunities for clients, and for law firms whose leases are up.
