This week marks the inaugural US-Africa Leaders Summit in DC, with the heads of more than 50 African countries. Nelson Mullins held a rooftop reception with a great view at its office, co-hosting with Boston University's African Presidential Center and Howard University. Nelson Mullins government relations chair Bob Crowe welcomed Ambassador Charles Stith, His Excellency Prime Minister Navinchandra Ramgoolam of Mauritius, His Excellency President Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania, and the First Lady of Tanzania Salma Kikwete.
Also enjoying the reception were Nelson Mullins managing director Chris Cushing, DC government relations practice chair Vinoda Basnayake, His Excellency Navinchandra Ramgoolam of Mauritius, and Howard University SVP Artis Hampshire-Cowan.
