Top Real Estate Lawyers Who Lunch

The American College of Real Estate Lawyers brings in members by invitation only and includes some of the country's most respected real estate attorneys. A lunch meeting at Ballard Spahr's office recently gathered some of the top Philadelphia, Delaware and Southern New Jersey area real estate law practitioners, with Ballard Spahr partner and ACREL president-elect Roger Winston addressing the group via teleconference from the firm’s office in DC.

The meeting was hosted by Ballard Spahr partner and former real estate department chair Michael Sklaroff and Saul Ewing real estate and construction partner Frederick Strober.

The group discussed ACREL initiatives and other organization business, as well as their experiences with and insight into the Philadelphia regional real estate market.

Michael (right) is snapped with Saul Ewing partner Steve Aichele, a longtime real estate lawyer who's focused on real estate development and formerly served as the firm's managing partner and chairman. Between his years at Saul Ewing, Steve's also served as PA Gov. Tom Corbett's general counsel and chief of staff.

Here's Frederick (right) with Ballard Spahr real estate partner Phil Korb and Hangley Aronchick of counsel Stuart Ebby. A Harvard Law '61 grad, Stuart has practiced real estate law for more than 50 years. He also teaches at Penn Law.
