Top Law Firm Workplaces in DC

Just six law firms are among the 150 best places to work in DC, according to employee surveys completed by the Washington Post. The surveys consider "quality of leadership, pay and benefit practices, and work-life balance issues." When it comes to the best law firm workplaces, it seems that midsize firms take the cake, with four making it onto the list versus one firm each in the large and small categories.

WilmerHale (above), was ranked eighth of 25 large companies to make the cut, and the only law firm in the category.

In the midsize slot, the law firms recognized:

  • Perkins Coie (15)

  • Kelley Drye (23)

  • BuckleySandler (39)

  • Sterne Kessler (40)

For small companies, boutique firm Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis came in second. [WaPo]
